Returning This Fall — Cooking Lessons, Live from Italy!

Do Some Virtual Traveling and Cooking with Sentieri Italiani!

Perhaps you’re already familiar with AVANZI — Cooking with Leftovers The Italian Way, written by Daniela’s cousin Paola Nervi. Since we have shelter-in-place in common with Italy, you might find yourself with some additional time on your hands. Why not spend it learning to prepare a few meals “live from Turin” with Paola? These special Zoom offerings will be presented in Italian and English. The first 1.5 hours will be spent “nella cucina di Paola” with a hands-on demonstration of the week’s recipe. The last half hour will be open for Q & A.

NOTE: This 2-hour class will be presented over a 5-week period via the ZOOM app. If you don’t already have the program installed, please visit the website at so that you’re prepared to participate.

There is a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 12 students per class, so everyone will be able to participate as much as needed.
