L’Atelier della Pasta Ripiena was a fantastic event, thanks to Paola Nervi of Slow Food Brittany, Spacca Napoli and Sentieri students and friends!
Together, the group watched Paola demonstrate how to make ravioli and cappellacci di zucca, alongside recipe secrets (lettuce in the meat stuffing!), history of various pastas and regional differences in language. While the pasta cooked, each table enjoyed wines and convivial conversation. And of course, the pastas were delicious!
It was a wonderful evening of exploring cultures, discovering new foods and tastes and sharing a love of Italian culture and cuisines. We enjoyed spending time with everyone and sharing and learning about pasta that night. We hope that everyone had a good time and we look forward to seeing you at our next Sentieri Italiani event.
