Come join us at Spacca Napoli for a presentation, demonstration, and a tasting of two pasta dishes conducted by Paola Nervi. The two types of stuffed pasta will be ravioli and cappellacci.  Preparing homemade pasta is an ancient and thoroughly Italian art. The tradition of stuffed pasta was born in the kitchens of medieval courts. In fact, ravioli is one of the most noble and interesting dishes of gastronomic history. Learn how to prepare these wonderful dishes, their history and enjoy tasting them.
