On Sunday, March 12th, Sentieri Italiani and friends met at Via Veneto in Chicago for a specially prepared Cena Pugliese. Highlights of the dinner included fried calamari, orecchiette con rapini, risotto patate e cozze and the super tasty salsiccia Barese alla griglia which was served with fave e cicoria! Grazie to Antonella Barbanente and staff for giving us this opportunity to experience a taste of the cuisine of Puglia.
