We learned, we cooked, we ate…

… with Chef Andrea Consoli

On the afternoon of December 19th, Chef Andrea Consoli (of Cooking Classes in Rome) displayed his love of cooking Roman-style while teaching some Sentieri folks how to prepare some great regional dishes from his hometown.

Several participants followed Chef Andrea step-by-step as he prepared Carciofi Fritti and Cacio e Pepe. Those of us who weren’t prepared to fully participate soon regretted our decision as these dishes looked absolutely delicious. I know that the lesson certainly brought on some distracting hunger pangs and one could easily imagine how delectable they were. Someday soon ….
